| 1. | Due to the dislocation of the annexe building from the main house, the isolated nature of the intended occupancy and presence of primary facilities, little dependency on the main dwelling is demonstrated. Accordingly it is considered that the proposal would introduce increased unsupervised use of the building, including during the evenings and overnight, which would be likely to lead to increased and unacceptable levels of noise and disturbance to the detriment of neighbouring amenity, contrary to Policy DC61 of the Development Control Policies Development Plan Document. |
