| 1. | It is recommended that this Oak tree T1 as shown on the Havering TPO plan 14/92 can have the epicormic growth can be removed up to 1m beyond crown branch break and crown lifted 5m over the property of 521 Mawney Road. The remaining overhang can be reduced by up to 2.5m from the tip to an inter-nodal branch break to leave the tree balanced and thinned by 10%. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.

To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice. |
