| Proposal | The lime tree on the boundary of 59 Upminster road and Neale court adjacent to the public highway is causing damage to my drive and possibly my foundation. I reported this to Rayners managing agents (contact Mrs W Geal) who manage Neale court and they duly investigated. they advised me that as the tree has a preservation order on it they were unable to take the matter any further. the damage to the drive is worsening and is now a serious trip hazard for visitors to the house. I would dearly like to have the tree removed |
