1.	Compliance with the Standard Conditions imposed by Regulation 13 and Schedule 1 of the Town and Country Planning: (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992 (set out in Notes 10 to 15 overleaf).
2.	This permission shall be for a limited period only expiring on 01-03-2002 on or before which date the use hereby permitted shall be discontinued, the buildings and works carried out under this permission shall be removed and the site reinstated to its former condition to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason- The nature of the advertisements is such that a permanent consent would not be appropriate in the interests of amenity. This permission is therefore granted on a temporary basis to enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control.
