| 1. | Compliance with the five standard conditions as defined in regulation 2(1) and set out in schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning: (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007 |
| 2. | The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not later than five years from the date of this permission.

| 3. | The maximum luminance of the fascia signs to the principle elevation and eastern elevation and pylon signs hereby permitted shall not exceed 300 cd/m2. The means of illumination shall be static only.
