| 1. | The proposed projecting signs by reason of their location above fascia level appear visually intrusive and out of character and therefore detract from the character and appearance of the surrounding area. The fascia signs are located on a structure which is deemed to be unacceptable and hence it would be inappropriate to comprise any signage. It is considered that the signs are contrary to Policies 25 and 26 of the Havering Local Plan 2016-2031, London Plan Policies D4, D6 and SI6 and the objectives of the NPPF. |
