1.Compliance with the five standard conditions as defined in regulation 2(1) and set out in schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning: (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007
2.The maximum luminance of the proposed static illuminated signage on the submitted drawings hereby permitted shall not exceed 200cd/m2. Reason:- To comply with the recommendations of the Institute of Public Lighting Engineers Technical Report No. 5 (Third Edition) in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with the Havering Local Plan Policy 13.
3.The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice). Reason:- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved.
4.Highway Informative The applicant and designer must ensure that the illumination of the sign is within acceptable safe limits so not to impact on highway safety or neighbouring amenity.
5.Totem / Sail Pole Sign The applicant should note that Sign 2 shown on the submitted plans, which is a sail pole (totem) sign which is to be retained and made good, will need to comply with the illuminance set out under condition No.2 of A0083.16 which permitted a maximum luminance of 100 cd/m2.
6.Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
