1.The provision of signage as shown would adversely affect visual amenity and would fail to preserve or enhance the character and appearance of the Conservation Area, contrary to Section 72 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and would be detrimental to the setting of the Locally Listed Building. The level of harm identified would not be outweighed by any public benefit.
2.Signage of the scale in situ is not established in this location and is detrimental to the visual amenity and character of the site, thereby failing to align with the objectives of Havering Local Plan 2016-2031 Policy 26 and the Framework in particular Para 135 add to the overall quality of the area and be sympathetic to local character and history.
3.Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
