| 1. | Compliance with the Standard Conditions imposed by Regulation 13 and Schedule 1 of the Town and Country Planning: (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992 (set out in Notes 1 to 5 attached). |
| 2. | The maximum luminance of the fascia signs hereby permitted shall not exceed 250 cd/m2.
Reason:-
To comply with the recommendations of the Institute of Public Lighting Engineers Technical Report No. 5 (Second Edition) in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Unitary Development Plan policies ENV1 and ENV17. |
| 3. | The advertisements hereby permitted shall not be illuminated after 2100 or before 0700 on any day, in order that the development accords with Unitary Development Plan policy ENV1.
