| 1. | Compliance with the Standard Conditions imposed by Regulation 13 and Schedule 1 of the Town and Country Planning: (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992 (set out in Notes 1 to 5 attached). |
| 2. | The maximum luminance of the internally illuminated 'Tesco express' sign (3570mm x 600mm) hereby permitted shall not exceed 1200 cd/m2. All other internally illuminated signs hereby permitted shall not exceed 2000 cd/m2.
Reason:-
To comply with the recommendations of the Institute of Public Lighting Engineers Technical Report No. 5 (Second Edition) in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Unitary Development Plan policies ENV1 and ENV17. |
| 3. | All advertisements/ signs to which this permission relates must not be illuminated at any time other than during the store's trading hours.
Reason: To safeguard the amenity and character of the area, and in order that the development accords with the Unitary Development Plan policy ENV1. |
