| 1. | The proposed advertisement displays as a result of their inappropriate siting, illumination and visual prominence would have a detrimental impact upon the visual quality and amenities of the surrounding area. Thus the signage is considered contrary to Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC65. |
