1. | The proposed advertisement displays as a result of their inappropriate siting, illumination and visual prominence would have a detrimental impact upon the visual quality and amenities of the surrounding area. Thus the signage is considered contrary to Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC65. |
2. | The proposed advertisement displays would be located on an installation which would as a result of its siting erode the footway in an important area of pedestrian movement and it is therefore considered to conflict with Policy DC34 of the LDF Core Strategy. |
