| 1. | Compliance with the Standard Conditions imposed by Regulation 13 and Schedule 1 of the Town and Country Planning: (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992 (set out in Notes 1 to 5 attached). |
| 2. | The maximum luminance of the 'Lookers' lettering to either side of the monument sign hereby permitted shall not exceed 2000 cd/m2.
Reason:-
To comply with the recommendations of the Institute of Public Lighting Engineers Technical Report No. 5 (Second Edition) in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Unitary Development Plan policies ENV1 and ENV17. |
| 3. | The maximum luminance of the Toyota lettering to the fascia sign and the logo to the entrance sign hereby permitted shall not exceed 1200 cd/m2.

To comply with the recommendations of the Institute of Public Lighting Engineers Technical Report No. 5 (Second Edition) in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Unitary Development Plan policies ENV1 and ENV17. |
| 4. | The maximum luminance of the logo to the fascia sign, the Lookers lettering to the fascia sign, the Toyota lettering to the entrance sign, the logo's to either side of the monument sign, the Toyota lettering to either side of the monument sign and the red strip to the monument sign hereby permitted shall not exceed 1600 cd/m2.
