| 1. | Compliance with the Standard Conditions imposed by Regulation 13 and Schedule 1 of the Town and Country Planning: (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992 (set out in Notes 1 to 5 attached). |

To comply with the recommendations of the Institute of Public Lighting Engineers Technical Report No. 5 (Second Edition) in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Unitary Development Plan policies ENV1 and ENV17. |

| 4. | The fascia and projecting sign hereby permitted shall not be illuminated after 2300 or before 0700 on any day, in order that the development accords with Unitary Development Plan policy ENV1.
