| 1. | The submitted plans do not represent an accurate portrayal of the existing or proposed development onsite and the discrepancies and inaccuracies of the application therefore inhibit the ability of the Local Planning Authority to make a full and proper assessment of the proposal against relevant planning legislation. |
| 2. | The applicant is recommended to review the officers delegated report in full for further guidance and understanding of the reason for refusal. Numerous inaccuracies and deficiencies within the application have been identified. Any future application for development at the site shall be accompanied by precise information and plans so as to enable the Local Planning Authority to undertake the necessary assessment of the proposed development against relevant planning legislation. |
