1.The operations do not fall within the provisions of parts (j) iii & (ja) of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A.1 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically; The proposed single storey rear extension would be increased in width and joined to an existing side extension, the cumulative width of which would be more than half of the width of the original dwelling.
2.As result of the above refusal, you are advised to apply for full planning permission.
