Specifically, that the proposed development would extend beyond a wall which forms the principal elevation of the original dwellinghouse and therefore would not comply with sub-paragraph A.1 (e), thereby requiring planning permission. |
| 2. | The proposed replacement front porch does not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class D (b) and (c) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically, the ground area (measured externally) of the structure would exceed more than 3 square metres and the overall height of the proposal would be more than 3m in height, thereby requiring planning permission. |
