1.The proposed bay window does not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A.1 (e) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically, that the proposed development would extend beyond a wall which forms the principal elevation of the original dwellinghouse and therefore would not comply with sub-paragraph A.1 (e), thereby requiring planning permission.
2.The proposed replacement front porch does not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class D (b) and (c) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically, the ground area (measured externally) of the structure would exceed more than 3 square metres and the overall height of the proposal would be more than 3m in height, thereby requiring planning permission.
