1.The proposed C3(b) use, for not more than 6 residents living together as a single household, where care is provided for the residents, would remain within the C3 use class and therefore does not require planning permission.
2.The circumstances of the property/occupants may change to the extent that planning permission may be required. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the operations associated with 58 Clockhouse Lane are lawful and that the premises functions as a C3(b) use.
