| 1. | Planning permission will not be required for a use of the nature described as part of the information submitted with this application operating from this address. Specifically:
- Not more than one room within the dwelling would be used as a booking office with respect to a private hire contract
- No one except the applicant would be working within the property
- No customers or members of staff (apart from the applicant) would visit the property
- No cars associated with use of the property for a hire purpose would be parked on the streets within the vicinity of the application property
Based on the above, planning permission would not be required.
