1.The proposed front and rear rooflights, and side gable window does not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class C of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically, as the property is not a dwellinghouse, as the proposed works would be to the first-floor maisonette (known as no. 43). Flats and maisonettes do not have permitted development rights, thereby requiring planning permission.
2.As result of the above refusal, you are advised to apply for full planning permission.
