| 1. | The London Borough Of Havering Council hereby certify that on 5th February 2025 the works described in the First Schedule to this certificate in respect to the listed building specified in the Second Schedule to this certificate and hatched black on the plan attached to this certificate, are lawful within the meaning of section 26H(2) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 for the following reasons:
The proposed works in totality if carried out in accordance with the information submitted with the application would not adversely affect the historic fabric of the building, or character of the listed building affecting its special architectural or historic interest. Therefore it is considered that Listed Building Consent is not required. |
