1. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking and/or re-enacting that Order), no window or other opening (other than those shown on the submitted and approved plan,) shall be formed in the flank wall(s) of the building(s) hereby permitted, unless specific permission under the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 has first been sought and obtained in writing from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason:-
In order to ensure a satisfactory development that will not result in any loss of privacy or damage to the environment of neighbouring properties which exist or may be proposed in the future, and in order that the development accords with Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61. |
2. | The roof area of the extension hereby permitted shall not be used as a balcony, roof garden or similar amenity area without the grant of further specific permission from the Local Planning Authority.

In the interests of the amenity of the occupiers of neighbouring dwelling, and in order that the development accords with the Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61. |
3. | The operations come within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, as amended, thereby not requiring planning permission. |
4. | Development is permitted by Class A subject to the following conditions-
(a) the development must be completed on or before 30th May 2016.
(b) the developer shall notify the Local Planning Authority of the completion of the development as soon as possible after completion, and that this notification shall be in writing and shall include (a) the name of the developer, (b) the address or location of the development, (c) the application number, and (d) the date of completion.(a) the materials used in any exterior work (other than materials used in the construction of a conservatory) shall be of a similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwellinghouse. |
