| 1. | The proposed development is considered not to be permitted development and it is therefore recommended that a Certificate of Lawfulness not be issued in this instance. Condition 2 of planning application P0529.97 stated that the garage shall only be used for the parking of private motor vehicles, caravans and / or boats and not for any other purpose including living accommodation, and not for any trade or business. A planning application for the conversion of the garage into a habitable room is required. |
