| 1. | The operations do not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A and B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically:
1. The proposed part single, part two storey rear extension would extend beyond the rear wall of the original dwellinghouse by more than 3 metres at ground floor level.
2. The proposed part single, part two storey rear extension would extend beyond the rear wall of the original dwellinghouse by more than 3 metres.
3. The proposed part single, part two storey rear extension would extend beyond a wall forming a side elevation of the original dwellinghouse and have more than one storey as well as a width greater than half the width of the original dwellinghouse.
4. The materials used in any exterior work of the proposed part single, part two storey rear extension would not be of a similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwellinghouse.
5. The edge of the proposed rear dormer closest to the eaves of the original roof shall, would not be not less than 20 centimetres from the eaves.
6. The materials used in any exterior work shall be of the proposed rear dormer would not be a similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwellinghouse. |
