1.The proposed development does not fall within the criteria set out in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended). The proposed side extension would have a width greater than half the width of the original dwellinghouse therefore planning permission would be required. FIRST SCHEDULE Single storey side extension. SECOND SCHEDULE 51 Gooshays Gardens, Romford as inidicated on the attached plan.
2.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: Consideration was given to seeking amendments, but given conflict with Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended), this was not necessary.
