| 1. | The proposal fails to come within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, thereby planning permission is required as it goes against sections; B.1 (d)(ii) the cubic content of the resulting roof space exceeds the cubic content of the original roof space by more than:- 50 cubic metres. B.2 (b)(i) the proposed roof of the side extension cannot be extended to join with the proposed dormer. |
