| 1. | The proposal described in the First Schedule will require a specific application for, and grant of, planning
permission because the permitted development rights relating to the conversion of the garage to
habitable use is prohibited for this property under Condition 6 of Planning Permission
P0537.93. Therefore planning permission would be required for the proposed development.
