1.The proposal described in the First Schedule will require a specific application for, and grant of, planning permission because the permitted development rights relating to the conversion of the garage to habitable use is prohibited for this property under Condition 6 of Planning Permission P0537.93. Therefore planning permission would be required for the proposed development. FIRST SCHEDULE Certificate of Lawfulness for conversion of integral garage to habitable use involving alterations to front elevation. SECOND SCHEDULE 15 Broadstone Road, Hornchurch, RM12 4AH as outlined in red on the attached plan.
2.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: Consideration was given to seeking amendments, but given the restriction imposed on permitted development rights associated with Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) it was not necessary.
