1.The operations do not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically, the nominal set back does not portray a 'meaningful gap' between the proposed side extension and existing front canopy, the cumulation of which would appear and be perceived as one development where the front enlarged part of the building would extend beyond the principal front elevation of the original building.
