| 1. | The proposed roof alteration requires planning permission by virtue of condition 13 of appeal decision reference APP/B54480/A/14/2227815, dated 31-3-2015, which removes permitted development right for development under the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Condition 13 states thus:
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking, re-enacting or modifying that Order), no windows/dormer windows or other openings, other than those expressly authorised by this permission, shall be constructed on the side elevations. |
