| 1. | The operations do not fall within the provisions of Direction Art4/2/2015, which introduces the requirement for planning permission to be obtained to change a dwelling which is a flat, terraced house or semi-detached house located within any part of the borough, except Brooklands, Romford Town, Gooshays and Heaton Wards. Given the subject property contains a terraced dwelling and is within the Elm Park Ward it fails to meet the requirements of Direction Art4/2/2015 and, therefore, planning permission would be required. |
