1.The operations do not come within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, Band C of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended - in particular there is an existing 2 storey rear extension which would mean that the proposed rear extension projects greater than 4 metres from original and the proposed dormers would increase the total roof enlargements (including the roof of the existing extension) to greater than 50 cubic metres.
