| 1. | The proposed development is not within the tolerances of the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes B and C of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 as the height of the rear dormer would higher than the highest part of the original roof. As such, planning permission is required. It is therefore recommended that a Certificate of Lawfulness not be issued in this instance. |
