| 1. | The operations do not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically;
1. The cubic content of the resulting roof space would exceed the cubic content of the original roof space by more than 50 cubic metres and therefore would not comply with part B.1 (d).
2. The enlargement would extend beyond the outside face of the external wall of the original dwellinghouse and therefore would not comply with part B.2 (b) (ii). |
