| 1. | The proposed development does not fall within the criteria set out in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended). The proposal involves extension to an existing outbuilding whereby it would fail to meet the following criteria:
- The resultant building would exceed the height of 2.5 metres situated within 2 metres of the site boundary.
- The height of eaves of the resultant building would exceed 2.5 metres.
Therefore planning permission would be required for the proposal. |
