1.The operations come within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 12 Development by Local Authorities Class A and Part 14 Renewable Energy Class L The installation, alteration or replacement of a microgeneration ground source heat pump within the curtilage of a building other than a dwellinghouse or a block of flats under the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted development etc.) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) and therefore the proposal are considered to be either permitted development or 'de minimis' and thus not development.
2.Cert of Lawfulness Building Regs Informative This certificate provides confirmation that the development is lawful. You should also check whether the development requires separate Building Regulation consent.
