| 1. | The proposed development is not considered to be in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 1995, as amended by the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(Amendment) (No.2) (England) Order 2008 insofar as the proposal fails to demonstrate that the use of the canopy would be incidental to the main dwelling and by reason of the proposed height at 2.65m from the natural ground level. |
