| 1. | The operations do not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes B and C of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically, the cubic content of the resulting roof space exceeds the cubic content of the original roof space by more than 50 cubic metres, the proposed flank windows would not be obscure-glazed and non-opening and the Article 4 direction in the Gidea Park Conservation Area prevents alterations assessed under Class C from being done via permitted development. |
