As such, it is considered that the proposed works cannot be permitted development under Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 due to the fact that it would not consist of an enlargement to the dwelling house consisting of an addition or alteration to its roof. |
