1.Due to discrepancies between the proposed rear elevation plan and other drawings submitted with this application, and having regard to matters of fact and degree, the information provided is insufficient to allow a proper assessment of the proposed development against the requirements of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B, specifically paragraphs B.1(d) and B.2(b)(i)(bb), of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015. Therefore, the operations described would not fall within the scope of permitted development under Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B, paragraph B.2(a), or Class C, paragraph C.1(b), of the same Order, as amended. Accordingly, planning permission is required for the proposed development.
