| 1. | The proposed installation described as "air conditioning condenser units" does not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 14, Class G of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically;
1. There are three units in total which would conflict with G.2(a)(i)(aa), Class G allows only for not more than one air source heat pump on, or within the curtilage of a dwellinghouse which is not a detached dwellinghouse.
2. The installation would by way of the location, number and appearance of the units be detrimental to the amenity of the area and appearance of the building G.3(b) and G.3(c) as it is clearly a visible flank wall. |
