1.The operations do not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes B and C of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically, there is an existing first floor extension, as well as, existing two storey front, side and rear extensions and two front dormers, meaning the proposed dormers would increase the total roof enlargements (including the roof of the existing extensions) to greater than 50 cubic metres.
