| 1. | The drawings submitted with the application are inaccurate in that they do not show the entirety of the works that have been undertaken to enlarge the roof of the property, which had been commenced prior to the submission of this application. The drawings do not accurately reflect the development that has taken place on site. Notwithstanding, the works which have taken place are not within the tolerance of the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, Sections:
B.1 (d) (ii) the cubic content of the resulting roof space (including previous enlargements in accordance with Para B.3) would exceed the cubic content of the original roof space by more than 50 cubic metres |
