| 1. | The operations do not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A and B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically:
1. The proposed rear extension would be joined to the existing rear extension that is also joined to a side extension. The total enlargement of them all would result in the enlarged part of the dwellinghouse extending beyond a wall forming a side elevation of the original dwellinghouse and having a width greater than half the width of the original dwellinghouse.
2. The materials used in any exterior work for the proposed rear extension would not be of a similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwellinghouse.
