| 1. | Planning permission will not be required for a use of the nature described as part of the information submitted with this application operating from this address. Specifically:
- Not more than one room within the dwelling would be used for administrative tasks associated with the use of the property as the operating address for a private hire operator license
- No one except the applicant would be working within the property
- No clients, drivers, or members of the public will visit the property in relation to its use as an operating address for a private hire operator license
- There will be no signage, advertisements, or other commercial displays installed at the property
