1.The proposal fails to come within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, as the ground floor side and rear extensions would connect with each other, producing a slight wrap round extension, which would go beyond the side wall of the original dwelling house. The side extension at the rear would join the original rear wall. In addition, the proposed infill rear extension would exceed the 3m amximum bepth allowed. Therefore planning permission is required as it goes against section A.
