| 1. | The proposal development does not accord with the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A, B and C of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015. The cubic content of the resulting roof space exceeds the cubic content of the original roof space by more than 50 cubic metres proposed and therefore does not accord with B.1 (d). The windows located on the roof slope forming a side elevation of the dwellinghouse are not shown to be obscure-glazed on the plans. Therefore a Certificate of Lawfulness cannot be granted in this instance. |
