| 1. | The proposed annex would provide all the facilities required to be used independently of the main dwelling and constitutes development, which is in excess of what would reasonably be required for a purpose incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse. It would not result in a subordinate type use. The proposal would not therefore fall within the provisions of Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended, and constitutes development for which planning permission is required. |
