| 1. | The discrepancies contained within the application form and submitted plans inhibits the ability of the Local Planning Authority to make a full and proper assessment of the proposal against Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, as amended. |
| 2. | The applicant is advised to review the officers delegated report in full for further guidance and understanding of the reason for refusal. Any future application for development at the site shall be accompanied by precise information and plans so as to enable the Local Planning Authority to undertake the necessary assessment of the proposed development against relevant planning legislation. |
