| 1. | The operations do not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B and C of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically;
1. They would include the provision of a raised platform,
2. The cubic content of the resulting roof space would exceed the cubic content of the original roof space by more than 50 cubic metres,
3. The edge of the proposed dormer closest to the eaves of the original roof would not be not less than 20 centimetres from the eaves and,
4. The windows proposed to be inserted on a wall forming a side elevations of the proposed dormer would not be non-opening unless the parts of the window which can be opened are more than 1.7 metres above the floor of the room in which the window is installed. |
