1.The proposed development would not comply with the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A and B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015. CLASS A The proposals make provision for a single storey rear extension which would exceed the the limits of para A.1(f) but is allowed by para A.1.(g) however without the benefit of seeking the prior-approval as is required by A.4--(2). Furthermore the drawings provided do no sufficiently show that the side extensions proposed would not adjoin the rear extension thus conflicting with A.1(j). CLASS B Drawings provided do not indicate that the dormers would be tile-hung and are suggestive of being rendered to match the main house therefore conflicting with B.2(a). Furthermore the drawings do not demonstrate that there would be 20cm separation from the eaves line of the original building (B.2(b)(i)(bb). The proposals also do not comply with B.2(c)(ii) which requires windows inserted on a wall or roof slope forming a side elevation of the dwellinghouse must be obscurely glazed.
