| 1. | The development creates an obstruction to the view of persons using the highway used by vehicular traffic, so as to be likely to cause danger to such persons and therefore by virtue of Article 3(6) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(England)Order 2015, the permission granted by Schedule 2 of the Order does not apply. Planning permission is therefore required for the outbuilding. |
